1. General Terms

Jw8 (bundles jw8.plus) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitutes a legal agreement between jw8 and all of its registered members. By using the platform, you agree to abide by all of the terms set out below.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with jw8, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditionsis a direct violation and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited. The same rule applies to multiple accounts operated from the same IP address or device.

KYC Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Photo of passport data page
• Driving License (where applicable)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawals. This process is essential to keep your account secure.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

At jw8, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by your account's VIP level. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team within 24 hours. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is still pending.

Withdrawal Terms

• At least one successful deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.
• Jw8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any suspicious transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions on jw8 are offered for entertainment purposes. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time of claiming. The following rules generally apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is typically 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount). The requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus, or it will expire.

General Bonus Rules

• The maximum stake per bet using bonus funds is ৳500 or 10% of the total bonus — whichever is lower.
• Cashouts are not permitted while a bonus is active.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Any bonus earned through refunded or reversed transactions will be cancelled.
• Jw8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or IP address.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on jw8. This Terms & Conditions Non-compliance may result in bets being voided or action being taken on your account.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, jw8 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, wagers will not be accepted if the result is already known.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the remaining legs stay active and the odds are recalculated.

Casino Games

• All casino games are RNG-certified and independently audited.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game section.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jw8. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automation: Use of bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or other games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Third-Party Funding: Depositing using another person's card or mobile banking account.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Jw8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found.
• If false or inconsistent information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity or money laundering is suspected.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• At the direction of a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be refunded, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.

8. Responsible Gaming
